Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kittykatheels and supporting our store! We accept returns for exchange or store credit only within 14 days from the date your tracking number shows the item was delivered. We do not issue refunds for returns or cancellations.

All sale items, clearance items, and items purchased using promo or discount codes are final sale, no exceptions.

All women’s heels are final sale unless approved for exchange due to size issues or verified defects.

Returned items must:

• Have original tags attached
• Show no signs of wear (including scuffs, scratches, or sole wear)
• Be odor-free
• Be returned in original packaging and original condition

We will only accept returns for exchange if the heel style is eligible to be resold. Exchange items are final sale.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including the cost to ship items back for exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Kittykatheels is not responsible for lost return packages.
